How Do I Change My E-Series Griddle From Celsius to Fahrenheit?
This process works on all 22" E-Series and the 17" E-Series Griddles with the Black Griddle Top. However, the 17" E-Series units with the Blue Griddle Top cannot be changed between temperature systems.
To change your E-Series Griddle from Fahrenheit to Celsius or vice versa:
- With the unit turned off, push and hold the power button in the center of the control knob until it makes a beeping sound. You will then see an F or a C on the display screen.
- Rotate the knob to the right to change to Celsius and to the left to change to Fahrenheit.
- Push the power button to select the desired system displayed on the screen.
