My griddle is missing parts.

If you received your griddle and it appears to be missing parts, our Customer Support team can assist in getting the parts replaced. We will need to know which specific parts are missing and your model number to get replacement parts on order. If you need help determining which parts you are missing, please see the parts list page in your manual. 
If you haven’t already, please also make sure to register your griddle to activate your warranty. This will give our support team the information they need to place a warranty order.
