Your model number is a 4-digit number that can be found on the front of your manual or above your serial number (see below sample)

NOTE: Serial numbers are typically found on a silver decal located on the bottom shelf of your griddle or underneath the base of a tabletop unit (View Sample).

Proof of Purchase: (Optional) Submit an image of your store receipt or email purchase. Make sure to include the date, retailer, and the item purchased. *The warranty begins from the date of purchase and is valid for 1 Year after that date. (only JPG, PNG, PDF and GIF files are accepted)
