Dry or overcooked meat becomes a thing of the past with this Probe Thermometer. Made of a heat resistant plastic and featuring illuminated numbers, this probe is going to be your best friend. The internal temperature of meat indicates when it's fully cooked and ready to be eaten, and helps to make sure you don't overcook it which results in dry meat.

The probe is battery operated. Just press the "Hold" button once to turn the device on. Insert the probe into the meat and it will display the meat's internal temperature. Once powered on, you can press the "Hold" button once to keep the current reading on the screen. Press it again to clear the reading, if needed. Power off the device by pressing and holding the "Hold" button down for 3 seconds.

All orders must be delivered within 15 business days after contact from the delivery company.

If the delivery company is unable to contact you after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to inventory and refunded to your original form of payment.

Public and Regional holidays may affect delivery lead times.

Delivery times may vary in the event of adverse weather conditions.

Delivery is subject to reasonable access to the area without damaging the customer's property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery personnel.

The recipients must be home at the time of delivery. An adult of 18 years or older will need to be present during the delivery.




If you are a consumer, these rights may include a right to return the merchandise for a refund, or to obtain a replacement or a price deduction, if the merchandise is not of satisfactory quality and as described, or if it does not match any sample provided. Your specific rights will depend on the time since you bought the merchandise and the specific nature of the problem.


Items returned will be refunded in full - including shipping and handling fees - and will be credited to the credit card used to place your order or a cheque will be issued if the card has expired. You won’t be charged for the return shipping. Limited exceptions apply.

  4. After reviewing the request you will receive your return label immediately by email.
  5. If your package weighs less than 5 kg please post the package from your nearest post office and request a receipt and email us the receipt. Please retain your receipt until your refund has been successfully processed.


Due to health and safety reasons, all items being returned must be securely packaged for transport. If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box including all accessories at the time of pick up.



Time limit for returning an item?

All returns are reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis. Some returns will be authorized/refused at the discretion of a manager


Item arrives damaged or faulty

We may be able to offer a replacement item within 7 days of shipment.


When should I expect my refund?

If you ask for a refund we will refund your money within one week following our receipt and verification of the goods. If possible, refunds will be made in the same way as your original payment

The refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days once your refund has been processed. Refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside of our control
